1. Current configuration

At the date of this policy, the VitaPing UK public website is intended to use only cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep the site secure, remember essential preferences, protect forms and provide requested functionality. Optional analytics, advertising, heat-map and session-replay technologies are not enabled unless the site displays an appropriate consent choice before they load.

2. Essential technologies

Essential technologies may support security, load balancing, form protection, session state, language or region choice, accessibility preferences and recording a cookie choice. They are not used to create advertising profiles.

3. Optional analytics and marketing

If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, the Cookie Settings panel will identify the provider, name, purpose and duration. Optional technologies will remain off until the user makes the required choice, and that choice can be changed later. Marketing or cross-site advertising technologies are not part of the launch configuration.

4. Your choices

Where optional technologies exist, the banner will offer equally clear options to accept, reject or manage them. Essential technologies remain active because the requested service cannot operate securely without them. A persistent Cookie Settings link allows the user to review or change optional choices.

5. Current cookie list

The current verified cookie and local-storage inventory is displayed in Cookie Settings. The list is generated from the production build and is reviewed when providers or site functionality change.

Current verified inventory: ASP.NET Core antiforgery cookie — VitaPing — protects contact-form submissions — session; vitaping-cookie-preferences local storage — VitaPing — remembers the visitor’s cookie choice — up to 12 months. No optional analytics or marketing technology is enabled in the current build.
